Hupp Aerospace/Defense offers an array of value-added solutions for cable and wire harness producers. These solutions take the tedious prep work off our customers' plates, culminating in a kitting solution that’s primed and ready for the fabrication board.

Proficient & Efficient

We can take the burden of measuring, cutting, stripping wire, printing heat shrink markers, and cutting to length your braid and tube material off your plate. We utilize the most effective equipment in the industry to perform these functions, regardless of volume. We are highly proficient and efficient in each of these disciplines, saving our customers countless man-hours and associated costs annually.

What we DO

We employ state-of-the-art, high-performance UV solid-state laser wire marking capabilities. We can handle your low-volume, intermediate-volume, or high-volume needs, in line with your production or maintenance schedule. In 2022, we marked more than 2 million feet of wire.

Hupp possesses extensive build-to-print capabilities, including technical and engineering expertise to assist our customers with drawing reviews and recommendations. Our specialty is supporting our customers with cable and harness sub-assembly prefabrication.

Our assembly skills bring together many of our value-added features, including wire laser marking, cutting, stripping, heat shrink marker application, applying tubes and sleeving, fastening strands with clamps, cable ties, or tape, and finally termination.
